Food was excellent. Service was so fast that you'd think I ordered ahead.

Probably the worst meal that I have had here. The cheese dip was runny. The Taco Salad had no flavor it was just bland meat. My wife had the Fajita Taco Taco Salad it did not have any peppers and onions, kinda what makes it a fijita.

Food was amazing, waiter was attentive and food came out quickly.

Mediocre at best. Steak over salted with no seasonings other than salt. Everything else was bland. The sweet tea was the only good thing we tasted.

Typical mainstream Mexican fare, but consistently good and *fast* service sets this place apart from many of the other places in town.

This place is really great. Absolutely delicious food. And nice size portions also. The waiters are very friendly and attentive.... not to mention extremely attractive. 😉 I love the decor and the atmosphere. It's very authentic and homey feeling. We will definitely be returning many more times in the future.

Good food in large quantities at low prices. Not really Mexican, but on the better end of the faux-Mexican most Americans are used to. Service is quick and attentive.

I have called in lunch orders a few times, usually it's several items because I'm ordering for myself and coworkers. We always have our correct orders, and everything is great! Most always, my order is ready and waiting which is a huge plus because we have a limited amount of time. Friendly people at the register, they definitely get 👍🏼👍🏼from me!

Great food, very relaxing atmosphere and great staff

Food was horrible. No seasoning and no love put into it. Ordered a Shrimp Taco, Beans and Rice and a chalupa. All of the food was thrown together with no spice.

Great salsa and food. Sole complaint was the men's bathroom. It wasn't an unclean issue, it was more gutteral like plumbing. Hurt your eyes to be in there.

The food was good...it could have been hotter in temperature wise. The young man who was our server was really good. My group enjoyed themselves.

Went there during the lunch hour today and the service was quick even though they were very busy. The food was fresh and hot and the staff was very attentive. Great prices too!

we come here with the kids about 3 times a month. service is so great! never a wait to be seated and almost always takes about 8 minutes for the food to come out. it is always great food, made to order and though I've never had a problem, I know they'd be quick to correct it. the manager is always present and always walks around checking on ya and all the staff is so pleasant. the same people have been here for the 4 years I've been coming here regularly. clean and pretty inside. definitely recommend :)

Lunch Specials are really good. My favorite is the taco salad. Just the right ratio of meat and salad. Looks like they updated their menus too.

My family and I had a lovely lunch at Habaneros. I loved the ceiling decor! Our lunch was quick and delicious. Our server was very attentive and made sure to check on us regularly. FYI: there is a changing table in the ladies’ room

The waiter was really rushing us for no reason. It wasn't busy! We had barely sat down and he wanted to know what our order was. It made us both feel unwelcome

They are light handed on seasoning, not to much flavor. That being service was great food was perfectly prepared. Atmosphere was spot on.

Best & quickest Mexican food you will ever have!

The food is good but you never know what the bill is going to be. I eat the same thing everytime, and they always charge me a different amount. The lady in charge is rude to her staff.

Habaneros is my favorite go to restaurant. The comfort food never let's me down. Employees are kind and efficient and food portions are generous.

My family and I ate here. I’ve never been here before. The restaurant is colorful. But a bit old. The waitress was nice and attentive. The cheese dip was delicious. The chicken quesadilla was good as well. The spices they put in the chicken is very tasty. I would eat here again.

This Mexican restaurant has all the delights of any basic Birmingham Mexican restaurant, but watching the team here operate together is even more enjoyable. From the moment one enters the establishment the assigned waiter is assisted by every other person working that shift to ensure salsa, chips, drinks are all filled and refilled promptly. As far as food- warm chips and decent salsa are provided with the meal. All food items are solid representations of my favorite Mexican restaurant fare, and not one meal my family has had here has left us feeling as if it was not produced with the most fresh ingredients. Typical Mexican place we stopped at on our way South. Food was a bit better than most (better sauces than many places) but food was a tad greasy.Fun Mariachi band characters out front.

Mid-week, late lunch at this location. We enjoyed the taco salad and the quesadilla. Server was very nice. The part of the restaurant that we were in was clean and nice. Not crowded at all at 4pm. We would eat here again.

I have been here several times. It is good mexican food. Very convenient to where i live. Service is usually good. The prices are decent. Sometimes at night the waiters dont come back and leave you waiting a lot longer than they should but overall it had pretty good food. Ive had better.

The best Mexican food in the greater Birmingham area for more than a decade. The entire staff provides consistently great service and we’ve never had a bad meal there. Highly recommended!

The staff was very quick to seat us but there seemed to be a language barrier as our server didn't understand our order. But they did send someone that did understand us promptly. It just took longer than expected.

A very good family type Mexican restaurant. Food is generally very good and prices are quite reasonable making for an excellent value. Decor is a bit busy for my tastes but kids would love it. A great place for a casual meal.

Customer service was awesome! Very friendly people. Food is good as always. I always get the steak, chicken, and shrimp nachos with a frozen margarita. I love this place. 💕
